Breaking barriers: CodeIT and FON collaborate to empower young entrepreneurs

CodeIT and our esteemed partner, the Faculty of Organizational Sciences (FON), have joined forces to launch our very own ReVenture startup co-builder project. This exciting initiative has taken our long-standing partnership to new heights and promises to pave the way for innovative ventures in the business world.

As a testament to our commitment to nurturing young talent, this projects aims to provide a platform for aspiring entrepreneurs to realize their dreams. Our ReVenture startup co-builder project is the culmination of tireless collaboration and shared vision between CodeIT and FON. CodeIT, together with two other esteemed partner companies, Aparteko and 4bees, spearheads our “ReVenture startup co-builder” program. By opening our doors to students from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, we offer an unparalleled chance for these budding entrepreneurs to immerse themselves in an environment of innovation and hands-on experience. Through this project, students gain access to invaluable mentorship while having the opportunity to become co-owners of newly formed startups, propelling them towards future success.

The ultimate aim of this collaborative endeavor is to empower and support young individuals in realizing their entrepreneurial ambitions. We recognize the challenges that often accompany the early stages of a career, and through the ReVenture program, we aim to provide a solid foundation for aspiring entrepreneurs to overcome these obstacles. By nurturing innovation and fostering a spirit of resilience, CodeIT and FON are committed to creating a conducive ecosystem for the growth and development of future business leaders.

The first cycle of the program invites students from undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral studies at FON to be part of one of nine cutting-edge projects. These projects are the result of a dynamic partnership between FON and our visionary companies – CodeIT, Aparteko, and 4bees. The program operates under the auspices of the FON Innovation Incubator and enjoys the support of the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation.

Applications for the program are now open until Tuesday, April 2nd, offering students a limited window of opportunity to embark on an extraordinary entrepreneurial journey. Teams consisting of two or three members, including the possibility of students from other faculties, can apply to be part of this transformative experience.
